Subpar Experience, Despite Location

unwelcoming staff manager email
The staff seemed unwelcoming. The bartender looked bothered to make drinks. Our room lacked a dresser and attempts to resolve basic inquiries were directed to email the manager. Emails were not answered. Contacting someone by phone was impossible. All communication was via email, but no response came after several attempts. Disappointing overall.

Really good Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Centrally Located

clean accommodations comfortable bed large room attentive staff
My family appreciated the very clean accommodations. The beds proved comfortable, assuring restful sleep and I loved I did not hear any outside noises. I found the large room quite useful as well as breakfast with its selection of food. The staff was also attentive. I got extra pillows quickly.
I noticed a lack of toiletries. The shower had only a shower gel dispenser, quite disappointing.
Rooms
9/10
The room had comfortable seating and a super king-size bed. I found it quite comfortable. A big walk-in shower and a separate toilet added convenience. I loved it.
Location
10/10
The hotel is well situated in the city center. This location allows convenient access to various shops and the main attractions. This made exploring the area easy.
Service
9/10
The staff was professional and polite, as well as quick to help with any request. I especially appreciated the extra pillows I requested. Housekeeping was very responsive and kind.
Facilities
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection, including hot items. It satisfied any hungry person. I also enjoyed the quality of the food, as everything tasted delicious. I found that amazing

the location was central to many attractions. room 605 offered ample space and brightness. daily amenities like water, coffee, and tea were available.
The reception was not cute at arrival. I missed a smile. my key card did not work multiple times in the lift. This was embarrassing. there were no extras like a welcome pack in the room.
